As soon as the result is published you can get it by providing your Board, Exam, Year, Roll, Reg, etc. If Marks display is permitted by Education Boards in Bangladesh you can also see detailed marks by providing correct registration number along with other required information. For Institution-wise result you need to provide EIIN of your institution.
